Really ashame, had previously great experiences with the Company, spent over £2000.00 in the last couple of months. Recently I made a return which hasn't been received, they are refusing to refund me, and are stating that the items haven't been scanned, which doesn't make sense as they were taken to the post office last week. Immaterial of whether this is due to the bank holiday, I really don't feel valued as a customer, and it has affected me, given how much time I've spent chasing this. I logged a complaint with Victor just now, who initially didn't want to take it, and also hasn't let me know the complaints process, so overall a very disappointing customer experience.

***EDITED*** I have found out that the items weren't actually returned, as the post office had closed when my girlfriend had gone, as such these are being returned today. This is something that wasn't made aware to me, and I take ownership of this mistake, and will change this review accordingly. To confirm there are two refunds which to correct you have been packaged in separate boxes despite you're inaccurate assumption above. So an additional £49.95 is owed for the purple merino wool that is being returned today. I don't understand why my refunds are being disclosed on a public forum, but . Review is changed to 3 stars for the time being until the outstanding amount is paid.

When you go to the site the first time you see a nice low price e.g. £29.99 when you go back a day later to complete the purchase the price is £64.99.
I asked a friend to check a link i shared and where initially he also saw £29.99 had increased to £64.99.
Got another friend I had not sent the link to, search for the same shirt and it was £29.99. Got them to purchase it for me straight away and that was fine.
Disgusting how the prices change depending on how many times you've looked at the product. I should have purchased the shirt from somewhere else after seeing that but didn't only because I was in a rush to buy it.
Oh yeah nearly forgot to say this is all after I actually bought the same shirt for £65 in store. Luckily I checked the online price after and saved me some money.

Great clothing and service

Tried order shirt special that was any for 3 for $99 but kept charging me regular prices and I guess trying to get it done they ran my card 4 times so had spend hour stopping payment. My wife got it go thru with her computer and PayPal I’m not trying be a jerk about this but it wasn’t on my end I called your customer service when I couldn’t get it to show up right price and your customer service made the purchase 4 times and charged my card 4 times with regular price so they would give been and I’d say card # it was something on your credit card application cause my wife realized you took PayPal and it went fine. I’m sure I’ll like the shirts but not sure when you are trying grow brand blaming your customer who was excited to try your clothes they are all my style and had saved a sport jacket and couple pair pants that I was wanting to order probably not right site for

When dealing with Charles Tyrwhitt, it feels like they know what I need and have prepared to give it to me. Everything I did with them was smooth, from purchase to returns. Their system for purchasing and returns is brilliant and customer service easy and helpful

Chat representative was great.
But the mailed brochure is not clearly coordinated with the products on the website.

Converations with finance team in order to place a order. Too mach time was lost on ordering shirts

I was really disappointed with the shirt I received from CT. The shirt was advertised as "non-iron" but it was anything but. After following wash care instructions to the letter, the shirt looked like it had been slept in all night. Ironing did not help.

The arm creases on the shirt were misaligned with the sewn in cuff creases making it impossible to get a clean arm crease on the shirt. without it being really off-centred. This looks ridiculous on a shirt and I would be embarrassed to take my jacket off!

The neck size was also very tight and a half size smaller than the shirt label. Poor quality tailoring altogether.

CT has a very jazzy and upmarket website but this shirt did not match up to the hype. I was very let down as I trusted the website and am now left running around looking for a shirt for my function tomorrow.

The after sales team (Elliot) however was excellent and has accepted return of the poor quality shirt without question. Whilst this is commendable customer service, the damage has already been done and CT must understand the misery caused by products not living up to the exaggerated website claims.

2 stars for good customer service but will not be let down by CT again and will buy my shirts elsewhere from now on.

I bought a merino sweater from the company. It was delivered quickly and is of high quality. I contacted their customer service about a sweater that was not available and they told me when it would become available, so they were very helpful. Very impressed all around.

I had excellent customer service from start to finish. They helped me to track down an item that was no longer in the warehouse, but at a particular store and liaised with the store to get it posted to me at home. All this involved a good deal of effort and persistence on their part.

Lovely dress shirts and fabrics! Truly non-iron. Great customer service!
