I ordered a shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt and, because apparently I can’t read sizing properly, picked the wrong size. I was expecting the exchange to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. I just followed the online steps, sent it back, and that was it. The replacement showed up faster than I thought it would, which was great, although I still find returns mildly annoying on principle. But really, no chasing anyone, no drama, no endless emails. Would definitely order from them again

The box arrived a bit dented, which was kind of disappointing. The product was okay, but the packaging damage felt avoidable.

I ordered 3 slim fit shirts in my usual size, but I ended up getting 2 classic fit shirts and one in the wrong color. At first I thought maybe I messed up the order somehow, but I checked and it wasn’t what I ordered. Support did help fix one of them, but then the replacement showed up wrong too. I don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but it really feels like nobody is checking the order before it gets shipped out.

I picked up a few of the non-iron shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt and overall they’re fine, just not quite what I had in mind. I expected them to come out of the wash basically ready to wear, but for me they still need a quick iron if I want them to look properly sharp for work. The fabric feels nice and the fit is good, so I don’t regret buying them. I just thought they’d be a bit more low-maintenance than they are. Decent shirts, but not a total game changer.

I do like Charles Tyrwhitt, to be fair. The shirts I’ve bought have usually been good quality, so I don’t feel like I’m being too picky here. The frustrating bit is the stock. A few times I’ve gone on to order a normal size or colour, and it’s either sold out or there are only odd options left that I’d never actually wear. I get that sale stuff goes quickly, but it still feels annoying when you’re ready to buy and can’t. Delivery has been fine whenever I’ve managed to place an order, so no real complaints there. I just wish the website had more sizes properly in stock. Overall, I’d still shop there, but it could definitely be better

I really like the overall look of Charles Tyrwhitt!!! The shirts and suits have that clean, classic style without looking too flashy or overdone, which is exactly what I usually go for. The website is easy to browse too, and the photos do a good job showing the little details. My only small complaint is that some pages can feel a bit busy, especially with all the offers popping up here and there!!! That’s why I wouldn’t quite give it 5 stars... but overall, it’s a solid place to find smart clothes!!!

It showed up a few days later than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of frustrating. The shirts arrived in good condition though, so I can’t complain too much. I tried the alterations service for two shirts and a pair of trousers from Charles Tyrwhitt, i wasn’t totally sure how it would go ordering it all online. But it ended up being straightforward. Nice.

The fit was so much better than just buying off the rack. The sleeves came back spot on, and the trousers didn’t need any extra tweaking at all. Perfect.

It did take a bit longer than a normal order, but that seemed fair considering the alterations. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out and I’d definitely use the service again. Easy.

Just wanted to share for anyone else checking, the discount codes worked for me without any hassle. If you’re about to order, it’s definitely worth trying a code before you check out. Could save you a bit!

I really liked the fit of this, and it looked great at first. After just a few washes though, the collar and cuffs started looking a little worn, which was kind of disappointing lol. Still nice overall, but I wish those parts held up better.

I’ve bought a few shirts from them the clothes are good and the ordering process was easy enough. But the amount of emails is really starting to get on my nerves. It feels like there’s a new “sale” or promo in my inbox every single day. I’ve tried to manage it, but it kind of feels like they don’t really care that customers might not want to be constantly pushed to buy more. I’ll probably still order from them here and there, but I really wish they’d tone it down

I’m a bit biased because I’ve always liked the cleaner, classic shirt style they do, but the quality felt solid for the price, especially with the multi-buy offer. The fit was mostly spot on, though one of the shirts felt a little tighter than I expected. Delivery was fine, nothing special, but no real complaints either. If the prices stay around the same, I’d probably order from them again.
